About
Vaidic Gurukul — Preserving the Eternal Wisdom of the Vedas
Vaidic Gurukul is a traditional Vedic education initiative guided by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and supported by Vaidic Dharma Sansthan. Established through its first Veda school in Bengaluru in 1981, the initiative works to preserve India's ancient Vedic traditions and pass sacred knowledge to future generations.
Its educational approach brings together Vedic learning, traditional recitation, modern science and basic digital skills. Under the guidance of Vedic scholars, students receive educational support, accommodation and nourishment while learning within the Guru–Shishya Parampara.
Through its Veda Pathshalas, Vaidic Gurukul contributes to the preservation of India's spiritual and cultural heritage.
